How do I place an order?

You may order direct through this website or by telephone, email or, fax. (See right for all contact details.) For telephone orders, our opening hours are 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

You can add any products that you wish to purchase to your 'Shopping Basket' at any time by clicking the 'Add to basket' button that appears next to that product. If you make a mistake or change your mind, you can remove products and/or change quantities at any time before going through the 'Checkout'. Once you have completed your order, click 'Checkout' to arrange payment and delivery.

When we receive your order a member of Customer Support will contact you to arrange delivery and/or payment if you have opted not to pay by credit card online.

Please note that prices can change on a daily basis as we are always reviewing our prices.
The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it

Orders for Ireland delivery

Payments can be made by Sterling cheque (cleared funds only) or alternatively contact us to arrange payment by direct bank payment or Bankers Draft. Unfortunately we cannot take payment by credit or debit card.

How will I know that you`ve received my order?

If you place an order by email or fax we will contact you to arrange payment and delivery. All Internet orders receive a confirmation email.

How can I pay for my goods?

We accept Mastercard, Visa Credit, Visa Debit, Maestro, Delta, Solo and Electron.

You may also provide your credit card information via phone, fax or post. If you intend to pay by cheque please allow 14 days for your goods to arrive to allow for cheque clearance.

When will my credit card be debited?

Payment is taken upon receipt of order. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

When will you deliver my order?

The delivery date will be confirmed within 7 days of receiving your order.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order please contact our Customer Support on 0115 981 020 between 9.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. It would be helpful if you could have your order details to hand including: name, Order number and date of the order.

If you wish to cancel the order after delivery, we will refund the cost of the item plus the cost of delivery.

Order acceptance policy

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch of the Products ordered to you unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it.

Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error

If there are any problems with your order, you will be contacted by Customer Support.

The sales contract is therefore completed in England. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.
