Any item may be returned for any reason within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. In the unlikely event of you wishing to take up this option, just call our Customer Support team and we will arrange collection.

Please note that the product must be returned in its original packaging and you will be liable for any carriage charge incurred by Accell Fitness UK relating to the collection of the goods.

When your order is despatched, you will receive a delivery confirmation email, which also has full details about returning items to us.
