• In average domestic use (a maximum of 60 minutes a day), you should check the lubrication approximately after every month. In more demanding use, the lubrication needs be checked at shorter intervals.

• Check the lubrication as follows: If there is any jerky movement of the belt, or error codes relating to belt performance are displayed (see owners manual) always check the lubrication level. To do this, let the treadmill come to a complete stop, then simply lift the running belt to feel the running deck. If the deck feels dry and there is very little evidence of lubricant on your hand when removed, lubricate the running deck according to the following instructions:
  
  1. Attach the nozzle to the lubricant container.
  2. Let the treadmill come to a complete stop, disconnect from the mains power and then lift the running belt.
  3. Position nozzle between the belt and the board approximately 200 mm (8”) from the front of the treadmill.
  4. Apply T-Lube from the front to the rear of the treadmill on by sliding the nozzle along whilst spraying, this will apply the lubricant into the centre of the belt.
  5. Use the treadmill for a training session, or allow the treadmill to run for at least 5 minutes before folding and storing the treadmill. This will spread the lubricant evenly throughout the belt and prevent the lubricant from spilling.
